Luc Lammens
Luc Lammens is a Finance Manager for start-ups and early-stage companies that receive funding from international venture capital.

For 20 years, he has managed the finances of several healthcare and nanotech ventures during their growth and exit stages, including Biogazelle, PharmaFluidics, and Multiplicom.
Before that, he was part of the business development group at the Belgian-Chinese Joint-Venture, Xian-Janssen and worked for ten years at Janssen Pharmaceutica nv - primarily as a financial analyst for in-licensing agreements and pharma P&L. He also helped establish an intellectual property policy for the Institute of Tropical Medicine (Antwerp).
Luc had a pivotal role in relocating Biocartis from Lausanne to Flanders in collaboration with VIB and FIT. He successfully applied for Vlaio and EU R&D funding for various companies and contributed to the start-up and successful IPO of Movetis (€100M).
Luc holds a Master’s degree in Scientific Applied Economics, specialising in International Business Affairs from K.U. Leuven. He is also the author of three business books.
